About Us

I wanted to open a sub shop that was not the same old cookie cutter CORPORATE grind.  I also wanted to do something that would allow my family to be involved. Originally inspired by my fiancé (the Boss) Erin and our five children, and supported and encourage by my parents Dale and Rosemary who owned their own restaurant in the past, I set out to open a shop that would appeal to the younger and older crowd both. I chose colors from off the beaten path and applied them with absolutely no pattern in mind. Combined them with mish mash of memorabilia from the 40’s through today – From WWII Bomber Nose Art, to New Era Iron Man, there is a little bit of something for everyone.
